About departure and arrival periods
We have warehouses overseas, and as soon as we receive your order, we will prepare the order. Our inventory is highly fluid, and items may be out of stock after you place an order. Please note. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or defective in shipping, we will contact you by email.

Flow from order to delivery
Delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 days (business days) from the date of order.
STEP1. Arranging the product (4 to 6 business days after ordering)
After completing your order (payment confirmation), we will place the order with the manufacturer on the next business day → We will inspect the product, carefully wrap and package it, and prepare it for shipping.
STEP2. Ship the product from overseas to the domestic warehouse (7 to 10 business days after ordering)
From the overseas shipping base, it passes through customs and is airlifted to Japan → After arriving in Japan, it passes through customs again and is transported to a domestic warehouse.
STEP3. Ships from domestic warehouse (14-20 business days after ordering)
After the product arrives at the warehouse, we carefully inspect it again to make sure there are no problems, pack it, and then ship it to the customer via the delivery company.
*Normally, the item will be shipped within 14-26 business days from the date of payment, but it may take longer depending on inventory status. Thank you for your understanding.
