The following are the terms of use. Please be sure to read them before purchasing.
[1] Departure and arrival periods
We have a warehouse overseas, and we prepare to order as soon as we receive an order. Our inventory is highly fluid, so it may be out of stock after you place an order. Please note that we will contact you by email if the product is out of stock or has a shipping problem.
Please note that there are separate tracking sites for international and domestic deliveries.

Process from order to delivery
Delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 business days from the date of order.
STEP 1. Product arrangement (4-6 business days after order)
After your order (payment confirmation) is complete, we place an order with the manufacturer on the next business day → We inspect the product, carefully wrap and pack it, and prepare it for shipping.
STEP 2. Ship the product from overseas to our domestic warehouse (7 to 10 business days after ordering)
The goods are shipped from overseas shipping bases through customs and then air freighted to Japan. After arriving in Japan, they are shipped through customs again and then to domestic warehouses.
STEP 3. Shipped from domestic warehouse (14-20 business days after order)
After the product arrives at the warehouse, we inspect it again carefully to make sure there are no problems, pack it, and then send it to the customer via a delivery company.
*Normally, items will be shipped within 10-20 business days from the date of payment, but depending on stock availability, it may take additional days. Thank you for your understanding.
*The above process is only a guide.
Please note that delivery may be delayed from the estimated date due to product exchanges during the inspection process to ensure that we deliver high-quality products, or due to international flight conditions.
*Both are based on business days. Orders and shipping are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or overseas holidays or long vacations.
*The shipping completion email does not inform you that the shipment has been completed.
Please note that this email will be sent once your order has been completed.
Please note that the shipping fee is 580 yen.
If you are purchasing multiple items, please make sure to place your orders together.
If you purchase multiple items separately and the total amount reaches the free shipping amount, the system cannot combine the items.
[2] If you do not receive the order completion email or shipping completion email
There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or your order may have ended up in your spam folder.
Please check again.

[3] Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after payment has been completed.
We cannot accommodate changes to orders made due to incorrect size, color, or order quantity, or forgetting to enter a coupon.
The terms of sale are fulfilled when your order is confirmed, so please accept it as is.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to mail order purchases under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
[4] Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address
If you are not at home, Sagawa Express will notify you of your absence.
Please request redelivery yourself.
Any items that have been shipped for more than 6 days will be automatically returned to our overseas warehouse.
Products returned to our overseas warehouses will be discarded after a certain storage period unless the customer requests redelivery.
If the package is not received and discarded, we will not be able to resend it or provide a refund.
*Customers will be required to pay the redelivery fee again for products returned to our overseas warehouse.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
We often see customers forget to fill in the address, apartment name, or room number, so please be sure to check when purchasing.
[5] Regarding exchanges and returns
We will only accept returns or exchanges for the same product if the product you receive is found to be defective or if the product you received is different from what you ordered.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Items that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
・Refunds without prior notice
In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will promptly replace it.

・Order number # (listed in the order completion email)
·Product name
- The product label sticker with the barcode attached to the packaging bag
・Image of what appears to be a defective part
- Product images that show that the tag is attached
[6] Regarding inquiries to the shop
Any inquiries or questions will be handled via chat only.
Please note that we are unable to accept inquiries via email, telephone, Instagram DMs, etc. when using our site.
If you would like to contact us, please click on the icon at the bottom right of the page to start chatting.
It may take 3 to 5 business days for us to respond.
Please note that we do not accept inquiries over the phone.
【Notes】
1) The products sold in our shop have a high degree of inventory fluidity and may be out of stock after ordering.
In that case, we may ask you to request an exchange.

2) The color of the product may differ from the image depending on the lighting conditions and indoor conditions.
Please also be aware that the characteristics of each monitor may vary.
3) We do not accept color or size changes after the order has been completed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the product being different from what was expected or the actual size being different.
-As this is an overseas product, the size may vary by approximately 2 to 12 cm.
-As this is an overseas product, there may be differences in the fabric materials.
-Because this is an overseas product, there may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, and poorly attached beads, buttons, etc.
-Since these are overseas products, some items may not have buttonholes on bottoms such as denim. In this case, you will need to make holes yourself before using them.
